Lake Michigan Beach Getaway | Hot Tub | Fire Pit

Welcome to your escape in South Haven, just a short stroll from a private community beach with tram access. This spacious home is made for gathering - w/ 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 living areas, and outdoor spaces made for unwinding. Soak in the hot tub, kick back on the screen porch, build a campfire, or let the kids enjoy the playhouse. In the evening, enjoy the rec room or cozy up by the fireplace. Whether you're here to recharge, reconnect, or enjoy the lake—this beachside oasis is your place.

Once you arrive, you’ll step directly into the heart of the house—an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room anchored by a cozy fireplace. This is where mornings begin with fresh coffee and casual breakfasts, and evenings wind down with a glass of wine.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy, along with a full bathroom. Each room has a queen bed and provides a quiet space to rest after a day at the beach. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite half bathroom.

To the right of the main entry lies a completely separate wing of the home—part of the original structure—which gives the property its unique character. Here, you'll find another cozy living room, the more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a game room designed for both kids and adults to enjoy. The game room features a pool table that converts to a ping pong table, a foosball table, and enough space for hours of friendly competition.

Just off this space is the screened-in patio—perfect for morning reading, afternoon board games, or quiet evening conversations away from the crowd.

Step outside and you’ll find one of the home’s best features: a large, tree-lined backyard that feels like your own private park. The deck offers space to dine al fresco or unwind in the brand-new hot tub. Kids can explore the log cabin playhouse, swing from the swing set, or run freely in the open yard while the adults gather around the fire pit as the stars come out.

Whether you're spending the day at the private community beach just a short walk away, exploring the nearby towns of Saugatuck and South Haven, or simply enjoying the home itself, this is a place designed to make you feel relaxed, connected, and completely at ease.

The property is located:
